Our Optimum Wealth Management Client Service Offering is designed for those clients with a complex or pro-active financial strategy that needs more than just a periodic review to get the best results

Your account will be managed by one of our Principle Advisers, so you will benefit from the highest level of experience and wealth of knowledge. It is recommended for those clients who value an exclusive one-on-one relationship with their adviser and understand the importance of building and maintaining a long term plan.

Under this offering you will receive:

Progress Review Meeting

  • we will meet with you to conduct a review of your personal situation 
  • provide a consolidated report of your Investment Portfolio
  • discuss how you are tracking towards your goals
  • produce a Record of Advice document detailing our discussion and any recommendations 
  • facilitate the implementation of our advice 

Additional Check In

  • we will contact you six months after your progress review to see if you would like to meet with your adviser for an additional meeting.

Unlimited Financial Adviser Access

  • to act as a sounding board for any major financial decisions, so you can make the right choices with confidence

Unlimited Administration Support

  • unlimited access to all staff and support services for assistance with queries in relation to existing policies.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Our program is designed to deliver our core service commitment as outlined above.  In order to help deliver on these, we may during the course of the agreement, offer the following ancillary services:

  • Additional Portfolio Report – available on request
  • Portfolio Service – we will act as your administrator wherever possible, dealing with the administration, investment and life company product providers on your behalf
  • Assistance with investment transactions – switching or withdrawal of an investment
  • Centrelink Schedules
  • Age Pension Checks
  • SMSF specialist advice
  • Debt progress and savings plans
  • Calculation/Review of Superannuation Contributions
  • Insurance Claims – for policies implemented through our office
  • Work with your other trusted professional advisers – including Accounting/Taxation, Legal and Banking and other advisers as necessary
  • Regular Newsletters – electronic only
  • Budget Updates – electronic only
  • Estate Planning and Family Succession Planning
  • Additional Advice – major changes to your situation resulting in changes to our advice may incur an additional cost which will be provided in writing and agreed prior to any advice being provided

Our Wealth Builder Service Offering is designed for those clients with a relatively simple financial strategy that still require periodic reviews to get the best results.

Your account will be reviewed by one of our Associate Advisers, under instruction from our Principle Advisers, so you will benefit from the highest level of experience and wealth of knowledge.

We want you to live more and worry less. You don’t want to be bothered with unnecessary information or questions, so unless your situation changes, we will review your portfolio and provide recommendations if required.

Our Wealth Protection Service Offering is designed for those clients who require assistance in the establishment and ongoing review of personal insurance products only.

Your account will be reviewed by one of our Associate Advisers, under instruction from our Principle Advisers, so you will benefit from the highest level of experience and wealth of knowledge.

Under this offering you will receive:

Annual Check In

  • each year we will provide you with a consolidated report on your Insurance Portfolio and contact you to see if your circumstances have changed and if you would like to have a discussion with your adviser regarding your current insurance policies

Financial Adviser Access

  • for general questions regarding your current insurance policies – other queries may incur an additional fee

Administration Support

  • access to staff and support services for assistance with queries in relation to existing policies.

Transactional Service

Our Transactional Service option is designed for those clients who require assistance in the establishment of financial services/products with NO ongoing advice. They will prefer to pay on a ‘fee for service’ basis per transaction at a set pre-determined cost, as and when they require assistance.

Services provided will be determined and priced in advance.
